User Accounts
All information submitted in connection with a User account on the Services (each, a “User Account”) must be accurate and truthful. Users agree to notify Palaaram immediately if their User Account has been used without authorization or there has been any other breach of security of the User Account. Each User also agrees to provide additional information Palaaram may reasonably request and to answer truthfully and completely any questions Palaaram might ask you in order to verify such User’s identity. Further Users agree and understand that:

(i) Users are only entitled 1 account per person. Duplicate user profiles will be removed without further notice.

(ii) Palaaram employees internal sales teams and works with commercial partners to provide food search support to users. Users may be contacted by our team and commercial partners to assist in finding food products.

(iii) Palaaram is not liable for any damages that may be incurred from content on the Website or its affiliates including but not limited to reviews, photos, descriptions, and other forms of media which may have opinions of 3rd parties.

(iv) Users may not take legal action against Palaaram, Partners or 3rd parties for their opinions in the form of media (text, photos, reviews, comments) created and published on the site. Palaaram reserves the right to remove user profiles, terminate and remove unwarranted content or activity from the website without notice.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
By using Palaaram, You authorize Palaaram to access and aggregate users and browsing data stored on or transmitted through the website use and services to conduct research, improve the services, work with commercial partners, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients, customers and partners.
